Among the various techniques used in GBR procedures in this presentation, a procedure using a resorbable dome device will be illustrated.
Special attention will be paid to incision techniques, sutures and materials that are most indicated in relation to resorption times.
Using burs to create both resorbable wire housings and perforation of the cortical to expose the underlying medullary bone this technique is easily performed and indicated in several types of bone atrophy.
